About

I call myself LNsalite. The name actually has no meaning as far as I'm aware, and "LN" doesn't actually stand for anything. You can call me "LN" for short!"LNsynth" is the name I use to refer to my works regarding vocal synths. You can use either name to refer to me, but I would prefer "LNsynth" when in vocal synth contexts and "LNsalite" for everything else.My pronouns are they/he/she, I mostly prefer they/them but he/him and she/her are cool too. Generally, I prefer masculine terms, but I will use feminine or gender-neutral terms if I feel like highlighting my femininity or gender-neutrality.Art has always been my passion since I was a kid. I'd like to one day become a professional comic artist! Prior to spending all of my time making Vocaloid content, I used to draw a lot of art featuring my original characters.

About OCs

I won't give out too much information about each story as I'm currently in the process of rewriting them, but feel free to check out what's here.Also...I'm really bad at naming things! So you're gonna see the worst world and place names you've ever seen in your life. I promise I'm going to rename some characters and places in the future.

The Main StoryThe universe is split into three different dimensions, affectionately named "World 1," "World 2," and "World 3." Each world has its own "God" who guards and keeps the world: Eric, Mira, and Dmitri. In World 1, Eric chose long ago to share his godly power with all the life there, gifting them the abilities of shapeshifting and magic. To better understand his people, Eric lives in a constant cycle of death and reincarnation so that he can never forget what it's like to be mortal. In World 2, Mira chose to do nothing with her power, instead watching the world go by. She finds it very entertaining and enjoys seeing the many stories that happen. In World 3, Dmitri tried to destroy his world and rebuild it, however one of Eric's reincarnations stopped him before he could. Now Dmitri lives trapped in a dimension between all the others, unable to make changes in his world but able to view it all.In World 2, a pair of twins named Cal and Poppy live peacefully with their father Jim. The twins themselves are a bit special though—they are children of a human shapeshifter from World 1 and an average man from World 2. While understanding the existence of magic and the other worlds, they chose to live their lives as average people despite having magical abilities themselves. Cal is an artist, and Poppy is a writer. One day, Mira called upon them with a strange request. She wanted them to create a comic based on a story in the world that she had seen and enjoyed.Mira told them the unlikely love story of two undead lovers seeking to move on to the next life, and she also told them where they were today. While they were there, Dmitri told them a story as well: the story of World 3. He told them of many different timelines he saw, never specifying which was the true timeline. And so, taking their ideas, Cal and Poppy began their work on their stories.

World 1I really wanna rewrite this one, but here's the gist of it in its current form:Cal and Poppy heard this story from their aunt Julie, the current reincarnation of Eric, and created it long before the others. It follows the tragic life of Izzy, a young girl in Snow Country (I told you I'm bad with names, I'm going to rename this country later) who works for the corrupt Queen in a war against God herself. Along with Izzy are her teammates Scarlet, Amelia, and Max, who all work this job as well.

World 1.5This story follows Cal and Poppy's life and how they came to be as the children of Jim and the evil queen of Snow Country (I named her Jessica.)They have a pretty chill life though. This story was recovered through Poppy's journals that she kept since childhood.

World 2The tale told by Mira.Long ago, in the battle between Dmitri and Melissa (Eric's reincarnation at the time,) Dmitri entered World 2 and raised an army of undead to fight her. Ever since then, ghosts lingered in World 2, occasionally taking physical forms that appear almost human. These ghosts are called the "undead."It's February 2016, and in a large house hidden away from the main town lives a group of undead. Among them is Amaya, a girl who died long ago in 1936 after a fight with her husband.Every ghost persists because they have unfinished business in the world. Amaya has no idea what she wants, but she feels that she needs to travel through the world to find it. The problem is that no one in the house is able to help her at the moment, and Amaya doesn't want to bother them nor wait any longer. The help she needs eventually comes in the form of Adrien, another undead. With a goal that seems impossible to complete, after years of suffering through hedonism, Adrien chose to better his life by offering his assistance to ghosts and other undead.Having much experience with pointlessly traveling across the country, Adrien offers his help to Amaya, who cautiously accepts it.

World 3The confusing tale told by Dmitri.A few centuries ago, a reincarnation of Eric brought their shapeshifter people to World 3 in an attempt to save them from dangers in World 1. Unfortunately, they never came back for them. And even more unfortunately, many of these shapeshifters were not good people, and they eventually started to use their magic to exert power over the native humans of World 3.Living in fear of the shapeshifters for years, one man eventually stepped up to find a way to fight back against the shapeshifters. This was using magic to fight magic, but this meant taking the descendants of the shapeshifters and training them as soldiers to fight.Three of these half-shapeshifter kids, Diane, Dylan, and Allan, live in one building in the South where the kids are cared for in childhood. This building is called 12S (the 12th building in the Southern sector,) and the 12S kids (Diane, Dylan, and Allan) are oddly the only kids who live there.Unfortunately, Diane and Dylan are reaching the age where they must be sent to the East to become soldiers. From here, the story splits into many possibilities. The East Timeline: Diane and Dylan become soldiers, leaving Allan behind. Allan eventually becomes a technician for the North, and the three later reunite. As the war against the shapeshifters progressed through the years, the future doesn't look so good for the siblings. The West Timeline: The 12S kids make their escape. Do all of them survive? We don't really know, but in the case where they did, they create a safe place for other half-shapeshifters like them and begin to dismantle the West sector, the worst and cruelest of them all.

I also have some miscellaneous OCs with a story of their own that is unconnected to the story above. They are called the Ists.

The Ists
The Ists are a group of characters all based on a word that ends in "-ist." (nothing heinous I'm not like that) Their story is generally comedic in nature, however there is a bit of more sad tragedy as well.
The CharactersPaige (she/her) is a 15-year-old artist who seems to struggle coming up with her own original ideas. She tends to be very aggressive and competitive with other girls, and she is generally not a very good person, but she is very protective of her older brother and greatly respects her father.Mason (he/him) is Paige's adoptive older brother (16 years old.) He is also an artist himself, focusing much of his attention on horror art (and having Paige steal his artwork.) He's rather clumsy and kind, and he's often assumed to be ditzy, though he is truly very intelligent. He suffers a lot with self-hatred.Sanders (he/him, 17 years old) is the local town menace. He's been torturing everyone in the neighborhood for the past 2 years with his pranks and antics. He is Paige's main rival and arch nemesis, and the two are constantly rooting for each other's downfalls. He goes on walks often and always smells like sunscreen. He is also an egg and will later rename to Sadie (she/her.)Arthur (he/him, 41 years old) is the adoptive father of Paige and Mason. He's also an artist! (Paige, Mason, and Arthur are a family of artists.) Painting is his greatest passion along with being a good parent, so he was really surprised that both of his kids were artists like him.Nathaniel (he/him, 27) is seemingly a hobbyist biologist, but no one can really tell for sure. He loves nature to an almost obsessive degree, even being afraid sometimes to make choices as to not disturb the natural order of things. Unfortunately for him, he is also the leader of the neighborhood and therefore is required to make many choices.Vergil (he/him, 34) was once an amazing ventriloquist performer. After losing his wife, he fell into a deep depression. Eventually hearing the voice of his dead wife, he made a puppet in her image and uses his ventriloquy skills to bring her voice back to the living world.Flora (she/her, 26) is new in town. She was looking for a new start in life and was unfortunately immediately greeted with the childrens' town-torturing antics. She's a little afraid of Paige, Sanders, and Mason, but the others don't seem so bad. The new town seems like a wonderful place to start her florist business.Reese (mostly they/them but accepts any pronouns, 25) seems to operate every miscellaneous job in town. Nobody knows how they do it, but they always seem overworked. The StoryThe story is a bit like a slice of life that follows their adventures in the town and the children's evolution into better people because they're kind of horrible people.
